This policy outlines how OKC Ignite Volleyball captures and uses photos and videos of athletes and events.
Photography at Events
OKC Ignite Volleyball and its authorized representatives may photograph or video record athletes during practices, games, tournaments, and club events.
Use of Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be used for:
- Website and social media content
- Promotional materials and advertising
- Team and club newsletters
- Recruiting highlight videos (with separate consent)
- Internal training and development
Social Media Guidelines
Parents and spectators are welcome to take photos at events. We ask that you:
- Avoid posting photos of other people's children without permission
- Tag @okcignitevb when sharing positive moments
- Refrain from posting negative commentary about athletes, coaches, or officials
Opting Out
If you do not want your athlete photographed or included in promotional materials, please submit a written request to support@okcignitevb.com
Note: We cannot control photography by other parents, tournament organizers, or media at public events.
