Refund Policy

Club Team Fees

Club team registration fees are generally non-refundable once the season begins. Refund requests made before the first practice may receive a partial refund minus a processing fee.

• Before first practice: Up to 75% refund
• After first practice: No refund
• Medical exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis

Camps and Clinics

• 14+ days before start: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
• 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund (credit may be available)

Private Lessons

Lessons may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable.

Merchandise

Custom uniform items are non-refundable. General merchandise may be returned within 14 days in original condition for store credit.

Medical Withdrawals

Athletes who must withdraw due to documented medical reasons may receive a prorated credit toward future programs. Documentation from a physician is required.

How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to support@okcignitevb.com Include your athlete's name, program, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
