This website is provided for informational purposes regarding OKC Ignite Volleyball Club programs, team rosters, events, and merchandise. You may browse the site, register for programs, purchase merchandise, and use interactive features as intended. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of our website require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, providing accurate and current information, and all activity that occurs under your account. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts on behalf of minor athletes.

4. Merchandise Purchases

All merchandise purchases through our online store are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. 5. Program Registration

Registration for tryouts, club teams, camps, clinics, and other programs is subject to availability. Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at registration. Late payments may result in suspension from practices or tournaments. Registration constitutes agreement to all applicable program policies, including our Code of Conduct, Safety & Waivers, and Photo & Media Policy. 6. Eligibility

OKC Ignite Volleyball Club programs are designed for female athletes ages 10–18 in the Oklahoma City metro area. Specific age requirements apply to individual teams and programs. Parents or legal guardians must register athletes under 18 and sign all required waivers and consent forms prior to participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, the OKC Ignite brand, and software — is the property of OKC Ignite Volleyball Club or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OKC Ignite Volleyball Club and its directors, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, participation in programs, or purchase of merchandise. Participation in volleyball activities involves inherent risks. By registering, participants acknowledge these risks and release OKC Ignite Volleyball Club from liability as detailed on the Safety & Waivers page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

OKC Ignite Volleyball Club reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
